Refund policy

Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this instance, delivered goods must be returned first before payment can be refunded (excluding the cost of return postage).

In order to be entitled to a refund for a change of mind, the returned product must be unopened in any way and must still be in original condition. This return policy doesn’t change customer rights and warranties under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Changes
Please note that we are generally unable to change orders after they have been placed as they are typically dispatched soon after being submitted. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, address details or payment.

If you would like to change your order, please email hello@grapeguru.com.au. If after 2pm on the day the order was made, it will likely already have been processed and we will be unable to prevent the order from being dispatched.

If the required changes cannot be facilitated in time, you can return the products (in their original condition) within 14 days for a refund. Costs of return shipping in this instance will not be refunded.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
