DELIVERIES

All deliveries within Australia are sent express with free metro interstate delivery on all orders of $149 and over.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro SA - next business day 
• Metro VIC - 1-2 business days 
• Metro NSW - 2-4 business days 
• Metro ACT - 2-4 business days 
• Metro QLD - 3-5 business days 
• Metro WA - 3-5 business days 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and postal delays.

• Up to 1kg $11
• Up to 3kg $16
• Up to 5kg $22
• Up to 10kg $33
• Up to 15kg $45
• Up to 20kg $57

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 

*Order by Monday 13th December for Christmas Delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to the impacts of COVID-19 and the busy season; including increased parcel demands and transport limitations across the country.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If nobody is home when your order arrives, our authority to leave policy allows orders to be left without signature in a safe place, specified by the customer at the time of purchase. By selecting this option, the customer assumes all responsibility over the delivery’s ownership as soon as it has arrived at the

requested address. An image will be taken by the courier and a GPS location attached.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery with no authority to leave, the packages will be taken to your nearest Aramex depot or parcel collect agent.
