Coffele Castel Cerino Soave

2020 / Garganega / Veneto, ITA / 12% ABV

Classical Soave and a perfect interpretation of pure Garganega. Loaded with fresh citrus blossom, mineral and savoury fruits typical of the variety (rockmelon and yellow pear). The finish is long and fresh, with almond and lemon coming back at the end to dry everything up and carry the flavour on for some time longer. This stands out amongst the crowd of clumsy wines at the same price as being a real benchmark from a superb producer.
