Pronounced bouquet of chamomile, citrus blossom, white peach and hints of sage. Light bodied with a delicate mousse. Primary flavours of lemon zest, lemon sherbet, green apple and subtle grassy notes. The wine finishes dry and crisp, carried by its crystalline acidity.
